You will work closely with our development team to plan, develop, and apply testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan, develop, and apply testing processes.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Utilize various research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Wireframing: Create wireframes, sketches, and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts and layouts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes that align with our brand guidelines and enhance user experience. Use design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Interaction Design: Design and document user flows, navigation, and interaction patterns that ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• User Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and validate design concepts. Use insights to iterate and improve the overall user experience.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek to improve and innovate within the field of UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a solid UI/UX principles understanding.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required

• Work continuously on a task until completion.
• Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
